3. Non-Returnable Items: Customized products and digital downloads are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Steps to Start a Return

Follow these simple steps to start your return process:

1. Locate Your Order Number: Find your order number from the confirmation email or your account order history.
2. Fill Out the Return Form: Complete our Return Request Form with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Package Your Items: Safely package the items in their original packaging or a secure alternative to prevent damage during transit.
4. Print Your Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print this label and affix it to your package.
5. Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location.

After Your Return is Received

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once the return is completed. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
